Below are our Reflex Performance Resources Inc. Term and Conditions.
Shipping charges will be added to your order based on service level selected by Customer.( ie. ground, air etc..)
Our Wholesale business is predominantly sold in prepacks. Currently there are plenty of open stock pick by size options. Future goods will mostly be sold by prepacks.
Prepacks are assorted sizes /solid color detailed on each product page.
Orders are shipping from our NJ Warehouse.
Wholesale Pricing Structure
All prices are listed in US dollars.
We are currently only shipping in the contiguous United States. (Excludes Hawaii, Alaska)
Currently not shipping to Puerto Rico.We do not ship international orders at this time.
Our Wholesale pricing is based on Dollar Volume, not pcs ordered
Orders up to $3600.00 prices are as listed on Website.
Orders between $3601-$7200 10% discount applies at checkout
(approx. 240-480 pcs)
Orders between $7201-$10,800 20% discount applies at checkout
( approx. 480-720 pcs)
Orders over $10,800 – 25% discount applies
MSRP/MAP Pricing
Products or goods purchased from Reflexstyle.com come with a suggested retail price (MSRP) on the hangtag. In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale Online at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 55% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events Online beyond the 55% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to info@Reflexstyle.com
Returns
Returns must be made in writing directly to returns@reflexstyle.com within 5 days of receipt of goods. Please include invoice number and reason for return. No returns are acceptable without Reflex prior approval .
Return Shipping will be paid by customer. Reflex will pay returns only for wrong item shipped.
Any issues with received order must be reported via written email sent to returns@reflexstyle.com within 5 days of goods having been confirmed delivered.
If you do not report issues within this time frame, all goods are assumed to be accepted as well received and no adjustments can or will be made - no exceptions!
Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact returns@reflexstyle.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise if possible. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
Note online purchases may be have some color variations due to one’s monitor resolution.
Payments
Reflexstyle.com will accept credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and EFT (Electronic funds transfer). Please contact info@reflexstyle.com for Banking info.
Net 30 Terms
You may also get a credit application by request via our Contact Us page after a minimum transaction of $10,000
Checks returned due to insufficient funds the customer will reimburse Reflex for bank fees and other incurred costs.
Shipping
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders freight will be charged based on Ground, or Air Service selected by customer at checkout
(We are currently not shipping international)
Delivery Window
Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time. Orders will usually ship within 5-7 days of receipt of order.
We cannot control delivery time once it leaves our facility.
Orders will ship from New Jersey.
