Returns

1. Verify all contents on packing slip as soon as received.
2. Inspect all goods as soon as received.
3. Any issues with received order must be reported via written email sent to returns@reflexstyle.com within 5 days of goods having been confirmed delivered. If you do not report issues within this time frame, all goods are assumed to be accepted as well received and no adjustments can or will be made - no exceptions!
4. Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving goods.
5. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

All wholesale returns must be received in the following conditions, if the below conditions are not met you will not receive credit:

1. Every item must have the correct tag affixed
2. Garments cannot be worn, washed, or smell of perfume/fabric freshener
3. Items that are received with damaged, with marking, excessively wrinkled, or covered in hair will not be accepted for return/refund. Please keep items in a clean area until you are ready to return.
4. Returns must be received no later than 30 days from date in which customer applied for return.
